Conveyor belt receives side guides made of Rubber, transfer points with Racloprema and possibly Feraser belt scrapers. Weighing bunker fitted with Racloprema for localized impact wear. Other parts get cheaper, synthetic Rubber. Coat bypass and spout with synthetic Rubber or Racloprema. Outlet funnel lined with WearProtect PU, in part because of oil resistance. Spout tabs available in synthetic Rubber and Hawiflex®-O. Truck mixer: cover inlet and outlet funnels with WearProtect PU. For the auto concrete pump, we have a complete range of products against wear. Transportable product: special Hawiflex®-O anchor balls, with a service life many times higher than that of the traditional rubber variants. Form retention is also much better guaranteed.

Depending on the type of concrete, coat the mixer walls with WearProtect WPS, WearProtect WMW, WearProtect WMC or Kalocer and fabricate paddles, wipers and wirblers from WearProtect TCO, WearProtect WMC or Hawiflex®-M.

Replaced the vanes of machines for rinsing and washing residual concrete with vanes from Hawiflex®-M. Weld up elevator buckets with product from WearProtect LTM program.
