Special mention deserves our surveying service. We can visit you with our own Leica RTC 360 scanner to measure your project to millimeter accuracy. The 3D measurement data produced by this scanner serves as input for high-quality precision production of the wear parts or elements.

Incidentally, our expertise in wear prevention can also be particularly valuable in new construction. It saves a lot of time, energy and money if you take wear-related “pain points” into account during the design phase of machinery or equipment. Preventive application of wear-resistant materials can prevent many costs. What happens if the machine builder does not take wear into account is something we notice in our daily practice. We regularly replace brand-new parts of installations ‘ex factory’ with wear-resistant alternatives that contribute to a significantly longer service life right from the start. And thus to undisrupted operations. After all, with limited wear, our customer can more easily schedule the production stop for maintenance at a later, more convenient time.
